Return Policy

Returning Merchandise 

Returns are accepted with our authorization only. To receive an authorization number, please send email to sales@fashionhousela.com within 5 days of receipt of goods. Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customer's error are subject to 10% restocking fee; in addition to all freight charges, plus $5.00 for chargeback fee.

Refunds/Store Credit 

Authorized returns will be refunded a full amount of merchandise to your original account as soon as we get the returns from you. If you prefer to have a store credit, it will be applied to your next order.

Sale Items

All Items on the "Hot Deals" and "Blowout Sale" categories are final sale items, All items on final sale can not be returned or credit, exchanged or refund.

** Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers' error are subject to 10% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges. Return authorizations obtained after 3-day policy will also be charged of the restocking fee.
