Returning Merchandise

Returns are accepted with our authorization only. To receive an authorization number, please send email to sales1@sobclothing.com within 7 days of receipt of goods. Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customer's error are subject to 10% restocking fee; in addition to all freight charges, plus $5.00 for chargeback fee.

Refunds/Store Credit

Authorized returns will be refunded a full amount of merchandise to your original account as soon as we get the returns from you. If you prefer to have a store credit, it will be applied to your next order.
